The archtop is cold formed and hardened from 99% pure 1100 aluminum for the absolute and most obtainable warmth and low decibel aluminum resonance physically possible. Dimensionally perfect, the archtop is fused to the durable .09” thick 6061 aircraft grade aluminum sides and back for a higher decibel tone balance with the added advantage of incredible strength and impact resistance.

For an extra percussive crunch and resonance control we offer a semi hollow pickup chamber option at the bridge position. Chambers are available in Aluminum or mahogany for a darker resonance. The absence of chambering releases the archtop to it’s fullest potential for a deep and potentially infinite sustain under overdriven conditions. Our alnico V humbuckers are slightly overwound and balanced specifically for classic to heavy rock for pickup chambered guitars. Classic-59 type windings are available and recommended for non chambered bodies for blues and hollow body players.

Each neck is modified to be internally mounted with our patented AlumiSonic Set Neck Mounting System. Ultra-1100 neck pockets are angled back at a traditional 5 degrees for perfect Tun-o-matic bridge alignment and action.
The custom Warmoth necks offered by AlumiSonic are designed to maintain the important feel, balance and temperature of a classic set neck carved top instrument. Through extensive testing we arrived at mahogany as the necessary hybrid ingredient for balance of flavoring and transference of sound from a quality tone wood neck to a pure aluminum body.
