Conditions
of Sale and Payment Terms:
All purchases of any goods or services on Alumisonic.com or
from Alumisonic Incorporated you must be at least eighteen (18)
years of age or the applicable state age of majority. A 50%
deposit will be required to place an order in the production
schedule. Acceptable payment methods include Visa, Mastercard,
Bank Debit Cards, Paypal, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, or
Personal Checks. Paypal, Money Orders, Cashier”s Checks,
and Personal Checks must be cleared in the Alumisonic account
in order to start work on an Alumisonic Guitar. A custom Specification
Sheet or shopping cart checkout receipt will also be validated
either by email, fax or mail. The Specification Sheets will
include all the details of your instrument and the estimated
completion time. If you cancel your order prior to completion
time, your 50% deposit will be returned upon the quoted completion
time of the instrument minus a 5% restocking fee.
The remaining 50% of the purchase price of the instrument, plus
accessories, shipping, handling and sales tax will be collected
upon completion of the instrument. The entire balance must be
paid in full before the instrument is shipped.
Online and Phone Ordering: Domestic-USA shipping rates will
be calculated after your order has been placed and then applied
to your balance. International- shipping rates will be calculated
after your order has been placed with Alumisonic Incorporated
and charged separately. You are responsible for any import duties
and taxes which your country may levy on your purchase(s) when
you are exporting from the United States.

has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our
firm commitment to our visitors and customers privacy. The following
discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices
for this website: Our visitors and customers IP addresses are
used to help us identify them and their shopping carts only.
Our site uses cookies to keep track of our shopping cart. This
site also uses an order form for customers and visitors to request
information, products and services. We collect visitors and
customers information (for example email addresses) and financial
information (like account or credit card numbers). Contact information
is used for purchase orders, to be added to our mailing list,
receive newsletters, or to communicate with customers and visitors
in order to provide customer service. Financial information
is used to bill our customers for requested products and services
provided by Alumisonic Incorporated only.

the like to any third party for any reason. The contact information
for the customer is used only for the purpose of communicating
with our customers and visitors in order related or product
information related issues. We will occasionally send emails
regarding expansion of our product lines. If you do not wish
to receive these emails please email customer service at info@alumisonic.com
and request to be removed from these mailings.
All information submitted is confidential in nature and will
not be disclosed to anyone except under subpoena in a court
of law.
Alumisonic Incorporated Guitars
3-Day Approval Policy: Our goal as a luthier
is to provide our customers with 100% satisfaction. Upon receiving
the guitar, you will have 3 days (from delivery) to examine
your purchase. If the guitar does not meet your approval, Alumisonic
will refund the purchase price minus shipping fees and a 5%
restocking fee provided that the instrument is returned in its
original factory condition.
Alumisonic Incorporated Return
Policy and Procedure: Before returning your
Alumisonic guitar contact us by phone at 631.741.2528 or by
email at info@alumisonic.com so we can provide you with a Return
Authorization Number prior to shipping. All shipping and insurance
is the responsibility of the customer. The instrument, case
and all accessories must remain in original factory condition.
This includes all papers, warranties, included accessories and
tags. The original Certificate of Authenticity must accompany
the guitar or the return policy will not be honored. If anything
is altered all approval privileges will not apply and the refund
will be declined. Securely pack the instrument in its case and
/or its original packing materials and ship via UPS insured
and PREPAID. Once we receive the instrument we will refund the
instrument's price minus a 5% restocking fee, and any additional
shipping charges should they arise.
Alumisonic Guitars Limited Guitar
Warranty:
Alumisonic Guitars warranties its instruments to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship for as long as it is owned
by the original retail purchaser one year from purchase date,
and is subject to the limitations set forth herein. This warranty
applies only to the original retail purchaser when the instrument
is purchased from Alumisonic or an authorized Alumisonic Guitars
dealer, and requires the purchaser to supply a copy of the original
proof of purchase (original sales receipt with the instrument
serial number and his / her name indicated as the purchaser,
thereon) at the time service is requested.
Electronic
components, and tuning machines, are warranted for a period
of one year from the date of original purchase.
Repair
service of defects covered by this warranty can be performed
only at the Alumisonic shop.
All
transportation, insurance and freight charges associated with
warranty service and repairs on Alumisonic Guitars are the responsibility
of the purchaser, as is any service initiated for the purpose
of customizing adjustments beyond factory specifications. Initial
standard setup and adjustment of the instrument and its components
at the time of purchase are considered normal dealer preparation.
Limitations
and exclusions:
The
following items are not covered by this warranty.
-Any instrument whose serial number is missing, or has been
altered or tampered with in any fashion.
-Any instrument purchased from anyone other than Alumisonic
or an authorized Alumisonic Inc. dealer.
Strings and batteries..
-Normal wear and tear on any part of the instrument including
jacks, controls and switches, worn frets, plated surfaces, tuning
machines, pick guards, saddles and nuts, etc.
-Instruments which have been serviced by unauthorized persons
(any person other than Alumisonic Inc. or any authorized service
centers and technicians holding a certificate of warranty service
authorization for the period during which the work was performed).
-Defects in finishes, or cracks, splitting, or warpage due to
changes in temperature or humidity, exposure to sun, fire, moisture,
body salts and acids, or other chemicals.
-Case and case hardware wear and tear.
-All other defects and deterioration due to normal usage, wear
and tear, aging, accidents, neglect, abuse, or acts of Nature.
Alumisonic
Incorporated assumes no liability for property damage resulting
due from failure of this product, nor any loss of income, satisfaction,
or damages arising from the loss of use of same due to defects
or availability of same during service.
Any
warranties implied by law (including warranties of merchantability
or fitness) are limited to the duration of this express limited
warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply
to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations
of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation
or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific
legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state.
*Applicable
in the US and Canada only. Warranties outside these countries
are as defined by the authorized Alumisonic Inc. Distributor
for your country or region, and may vary from the above in terms
and/or length.
All
warranty work requires a Warranty Authorization Number. Contact
Alumisonic Inc. prior to any warranty claims.
All
Alumisonic Inc. instruments are set up at our shop with D'Addario
USA strings. We cannot guarantee top performance of your instrument
if strings other than D'Addario USA strings, are used.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alumisonic Incorperated
and its owners, affiliates, officers, directors and employees
from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees,
made by any third party arising out of or related to your violation
of this Conditions of Use, or your violation of any law, regulation
or third-party right.
Limitation
of liability: The entire risk arising out of
the use of the site, the use of any products and/or services
offered on or in connection with the site remains with you.
In no event shall Alumisonic Incorporated or any of their officers,
directors, or employees be liable for any consequential, incidental,
direct, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages whatsoever
(including, without limitation, damages for loss of business
profits, business interruption, loss of business information,
or other financial loss) arising out of these conditions of
use or the use of or inability to use any products or services,
with the delay or inability to use the Alumisonic.com site or
related services, the provision of or failure to provide products
or services, or for any information, products, services and
content obtained through the site, or otherwise arising out
of the use of the Alumisonic.com site whether based on contract,
tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise even if Alumisonic
Incorporated has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Notwithstanding anything else in this Conditions Of Use or posted
on the site, the maximum liability Alumisonic Inc. shall have
is limited to any amounts actually paid to Alumisonic Incorporated
by the user. Order information such as billing or shipping address
that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays that shall
not be the responsibility of Alumisonic Incorporated.
Applicable
Law; Jurisdiction: The Alumisonic site is created
and controlled by Alumisonic Incorporated in the State of New
York, USA. The laws of New York State will govern the Conditions
of Use. Each of Alumisonic Incorporated and you the user agree
to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located within Suffolk,
New York. The Conditions of Use, including all documents referenced
herein, represents the entire understanding between you the
user and Alumisonic Incorporated regarding the relationship
of you the user and Alumisonic Incorporated and supersedes any
prior statements or representations. Headings used in the Conditions
of Use are for reference only and shall not affect the meaning
of any terms. By visiting any area on the Alumisonic.com site
or making a purchase via the Alumisonic.com site, you the user
is deemed to have accepted the Conditions of Use.
Modification:
Alumisonic Incorporated reserves the right to make changes to
the Alumisonic.com site, posted policies and Conditions of Use
at any time without notice.
